FAQ
Questions, answered honestly.
What TrueVQ does, what is simulated today, and how you stay in control.
What is TrueVQ?
A personal AI agent called TrueVQ. It plans your day, remembers what matters to you, compares options in chat and opens the right app with the details ready. It asks before anything it changes, and it never books, orders or pays for you.
Is this the real product?
Not yet. The demo on this site is a prototype: voice recognition, AI replies, app connections and backups are simulated, and no real accounts or personal data are connected. Every simulated part is labelled. A private beta on Android uses the real AI.
Which languages does TrueVQ speak?
Twelve: English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Urdu, Kannada, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi. Mixing them is fine — Hinglish, Telugu-English and more. In the prototype the text is a draft translation and voice is simulated; real voice arrives language by language, starting with English, Hindi and Telugu. A language is only called supported once it passes testing with native speakers.
Can TrueVQ reply in a different language from the one I speak?
Yes. Choose the reply language in Settings, or let TrueVQ match whichever language you used.
Will TrueVQ ever act without asking?
No. TrueVQ never books, orders or pays. The changes it can make — an email you approve, a calendar event, a task — always need your approval, and permissions are enforced outside the AI. You can see everything TrueVQ did — and what it was stopped from doing — in Activity.
Where does my data live?
Replies are written by an AI model in the cloud. You choose where your memories are kept: with your account, or encrypted on your phone (then they travel with each message so replies can use them, and the server keeps none). Encrypted backups are restored only after you confirm.
Can I see, change or delete what TrueVQ remembers?
Yes. Every memory shows where it came from. You can edit it, forget it, pause new memories, export them, or delete your whole account.
Does TrueVQ read my email?
No. TrueVQ can send an email you have read and approved, but it asks Google for no permission to read your mail. Anything you share with it, such as a forwarded message, is treated as information, never as instructions.
Which apps will TrueVQ work with?
Google Calendar, Google Tasks and sending with Gmail. For other apps — maps, rides, food, shopping, tickets — TrueVQ opens the app with the details filled in and you finish there. More integrations are added only where an official, authorised one exists.
How much will it cost?
The plans shown on the home page are a preview, not final prices. There is nothing to buy yet.
When can I use it?
Join the waitlist on the home page. We will invite early users to a private beta first.
