Delete your account yourself
Open TrueVQ → You → Account → Delete account. We email you a code to confirm it’s you; after that, the account is deleted at once.

Delete your TrueVQ account.
Ask us to delete it
Email support@truevq.com from the address you sign in with. We confirm by replying to that address, then delete the account within 7 days.
Everything tied to the account
Your profile, conversations, memories and their history, connected-app access (also revoked at Google), tasks and their history, notifications, activity, backups in TrueVQ’s cloud, and your devices’ sign-ins. Copies you saved to your own Google Drive stay there for you to remove.
Only what the law requires
Store purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. Redacted operational logs expire on their normal schedule. Nothing else about you is kept.
